We are a Pamper Parlour for little girls. Age 3-16. We can also cater for other events on request.

Terms and Conditions

The minimum number for our Pamper Parlour is 8 (We can consider 6 girls but the time will be reduced by half an hour).
Only 3 adults are allowed to stay in the party room while party is on due to health and safety reasons. Exceptions are possible in the case of medical needs.
All deposits payable at time of booking and are non refundable.
Consent forms must be downloaded from our website and need to be brought on the day.
Once booking has been made final numbers MUST be confirmed no later than ONE WEEK before the party. No refunds will be given and deposits cannot be carried over.
Make ups are done age dependent.
Packages with food are subject to availability on the day. Please allow time for food to be delivered. We do our best to ensure food is warm but this is not always under our control.
All cakes are cut and put into bags to take home as they are not allowed eaten in the parlour.
Children normally eat sitting on a big mat (If a table is required please request one).

1 party host will be available for small bookings.
2 party hosts will be available for larger groups.

If you are booking the divas or magical package, 1 party host will be provided,
unless there is a large group of 12 or more – then 2 hosts will be provided.

Spa robes are on offer on the day.
Tutus are provided for theme events only but are available for the birthday girl for pictures and lighting of the cake. (Ages 2-8 only)
Please advise if you have anyone with any skin conditions.
We can cater for food intolerance. Please Advise.
Please Advise of Any foot infections.
All our hair brushes are sterilised before use.
No sparklers allowed in parlour.
Foot spas aren’t plugged in due to health and safety concerns with children however they are filled with warm water and a footsoak or a little bath bomb for the children to relax.
Unfortunately we can’t except cheques or bank of Ireland payments.
Git vouchers are only valid for 3 months and must be presented on booking to be valid. They can’t be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

When arriving we ask that all parents stay at our main entrance where one member of staff will meet them and take the child up into our premises, where they will help wash their hands and show them into the princess spa.
We ask only 1 or 2 adults stay at our premises when the party is taking place. There will be a separate waiting room where we ask you to remain during the pamper party. We do have an exception to come in and and out a few times to take photos.
We ask all parents/guardians when collecting to wait outside our front entrance where the children will be brought back down to them.
We ask that no child brings any belongings like hand bags, toys, mobile phones (with an exception of any one needing any medical supplies in a bag)
Our party time’s will be reduced.
Footspas will not be available in any packages until such time as we’re advised to do so (an alternative will be put in place).
We ask no food is brought into our premises from an outside source – we however can allow some snacks to be brought in solely from the party host e.g. sandwiches, nibbles (no nuts allowed).
We do advise all consultation forms to be emailed to us at least 48hrs in advance.
We can reassure you that we will do our upmost to keep your children safe and happy.

All deposits will not be refundable under any circumstances – if your party doesn’t take place we will postpone this and offer a later date or a gift voucher to use for one year only.

Events paid in full are non refundable under any circumstances. Alternative dates or a voucher for future services will be offered.
