Services

We are a Pamper Parlour for little girls. Age 3-16. We can also cater for other events on request.

Terms and Conditions

We ask all consent forms are given over at least 48hrs in advance 
We request at this time with Covid that only one max 2 adults attend this will be revised regularly and can change 
Due to COVID we ask all parents not in attendance to not enter our premises inside when dropping of there children there is a part where you can walk up and get them ready to enter where a member of staff will greet you 
Food can be brought in to the premises this can be done at least 30mins before the party ends – again this will be revised regularly 
We do advise we do not take any responsibility for any food from an outside source. 
We can not supply food/snacks for any one with Severe Food allergies (we do advise you pack there own in a separate bag) 
Cake is allowed in for photos and to sing happy birthday your welcome to cut it and give to the children to take home 
Times are stated on packages 
All deposits are non refundable under any circumstances
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months unless stated otherwise
Photos can be taken unless stated not to 
Footspas are not plugged in due to health and safety 
No sparklers allowed for the cake 
We do ask that any one who has any special requests or needs to contact us directly to discuss this 
We are always happy to help in any way we can 
Additional services  can be added on for an extra charge 
We ask when you book to take sole responsibility of passing important information over to the parents of children who will be attending your party thanks.
If your party doesn’t take place we will postpone this and offer a later date or a gift voucher to use for one year only.
